It feels incredibly vulnerable to ask, so that’s already a bit awkward.

I know some people love to make referrals, and just need to know how.

I know others who would like to refer, but it often feels too squirmy and icky.

And I know that consent really, really matters, and nobody wants to be on the ‘wrong side’ of that.
